“Everything rises and falls on leadership” (John Maxwell). The books of Ezra and Nehemiah demonstrate this principle – when there is good leadership, Israel does well, and when there isn’t, they don’t.

 Ezra specifically gives principles of good spiritual leadership, both for pastors and fathers.
